1. Who you are buying from

These services are provided by SpellsByAura, also known as Spells By Aurora, a sole proprietorship operating from South Africa and serving clients internationally, including in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.

All correspondence is handled personally through the email address associated with your order, or via the contact page.

2. What these services are, and are not

SpellsByAura provides spiritual, metaphysical and intuitive services. These may include spell work, ritual work, candle and herb work, energy work, and psychic, tarot or intuitive readings.

These services are offered for guidance, personal insight, emotional support and spiritual reflection. They are provided in good faith and performed with sincere effort and care.

They are not:

• A substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice
• A diagnosis, treatment or clinical service of any kind
• A guarantee of any particular event, decision, behaviour or outcome
• A means of overriding another person’s free will

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency service in your country. Spiritual work can sit alongside professional care, but never in place of it.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

By purchasing, you understand and accept that:

• No specific result, outcome or timeframe is promised, implied or guaranteed
• Outcomes vary between individuals and are influenced by free will, timing, personal circumstances and factors outside anyone’s control
• Reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences only, and are not a prediction or promise of your own
• What you are purchasing is the service, time, preparation, materials and work performed — not a result

4. What you receive, and when

This section sets out exactly what your payment buys, so there is no ambiguity for either of us.

Spell and ritual work

Your working is prepared and performed personally, usually within 12 hours and in all cases within 24 hours of your order being received. Once complete, you receive by email:

• A private photograph showing that your ritual was carried out
• A written account of what was sensed during the work and what to be aware of afterwards
• Guidance on what to expect and how to hold your own energy going forward

Readings

Readings are delivered in written form by email, within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Digital guides

Digital products are delivered immediately by download link and email once payment completes.

Delivery is complete when these materials have been sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that address is correct, and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

5. Consent to work beginning immediately

Because these are personalised, time-sensitive services and digital content, work begins promptly once your order is received.

By placing an order you expressly request and consent to your service beginning immediately, and you acknowledge that once the work has been performed and delivered, you lose any statutory right to cancel that would otherwise apply to distance or digital purchases — including, where applicable, the 14-day cancellation right under UK and EU consumer regulations.

6. Cancellations and refunds

The full position is set out on the Refund and Returns Policy page. In summary:

• Before your working begins: you may cancel at any time for a full refund. Because castings usually begin within a few hours, please contact me as soon as possible.
• If I fail to deliver: if the work was not performed, was not delivered, or the wrong item was supplied, it will be put right or refunded in full.
• After the work has been performed and delivered: the service cannot be returned, undone or resold, so refunds are not ordinarily available. Where you are genuinely dissatisfied, I will offer a remedy — a re-performance of the work, an alternative working, or a reading at no charge.
• Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Before raising a payment dispute

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact me first. Every message is read personally and I will genuinely try to resolve it.

Raising a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting me first removes the opportunity to put things right directly. Where work has been performed and delivered, the delivery records, correspondence and materials sent to you will be provided to the payment provider as evidence.

8. Age and capacity

By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are ordering voluntarily and of your own free will, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

9. Information we collect

Only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Your name or chosen identifier
• Your email address
• Order and payment confirmation details (full card numbers are never seen or stored by us)
• Any details you voluntarily share about your situation, including names or dates of birth you choose to provide for a petition

Government-issued identification is not required for standard services.

10. How your information is used

Your information is used solely to process and fulfil your order, to communicate with you about it, to provide support, and to maintain basic business records.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

If you have opted in to the mailing list, you may receive occasional emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

11. Confidentiality

Everything you share is treated as strictly confidential.

• Client communications are never shared publicly
• Names and personal details are never published
• Where a client experience is referenced publicly, it is only with permission and with identifying details removed or changed
• Access to your information is limited to what is necessary to perform the work

12. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate this business, including payment processors, website hosting and email delivery services. These providers access limited data strictly for processing purposes and are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

13. Your data rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Order and payment records may be retained where required for accounting or legal purposes.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpellsByAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of these services, nor for decisions or actions taken by you on the basis of any guidance provided.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Where you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protections in your own country, and nothing here removes those.

16. Changes to these terms

This document may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a revised date. The version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.
